038: Morning Gratitude Affirmations Track
This episode is your Morning Gratitude Recalibration. It is a gentle way to start your day with more softness, more intention, and more awareness of what already feels good in your life. You will move through fifty affirmations that help you ground your energy and come back to yourself before the world starts asking for anything.
Play this while you move through your morning. Getting dressed. Cooking breakfast. Doing your skincare. Cleaning up. Driving. Walking. Whatever your routine looks like, let this be the thing that steadies you and sets the tone for your day.
Go ahead and save it, bookmark it, download it. Come back to it whenever you need a reset. And if you listen for 21 days, really notice how you feel in your body and in your spirit. Notice what feels lighter. Notice what feels clearer. Just pay attention to the shift.
I left space between each affirmation for you. You can speak them out loud, whisper them to yourself, repeat them in your mind, or simply receive them. There is no one way to do it. Do what feels good to you.
